My father just move into this community a few months. We have had a pretty pleasant experience with the staff. Our initial encounter was with Cassie. She ensured we received everything we needed to get my father approved for a unit. We had a few sensitive timeframes in which we need to adhere to and Jessica the apartment manager stepped right in. She has been a blessing to work with and she made sure that my father was taken care of for the duration of his stay with the community. This has been an overall pleasant experience. This goes to say that you can read reviews, but take the steps to have your own experience. We never what truly transpires until we walk the process ourselves. Great work Fountain Glen Temecula!
