I am a new private owner and I am very disappointed with the association....the gate is a major problem....As I type this review I have been currently parked outside of the gate. No way to enter my how. The gate box has been frozen all weekend. No after hours numbers or emergency contact for issues like these. It's a every month thing and a big inconvenience....I had to go rent a hotel because I work nights and sat outside the gate for 3 hours and couldn't get acess.....The gate is a nightmare....

I've lived here since 2012 in a private own unit. My experience has been great. With the exception, of more children now. Just this weekend the police had to closed the pool due to the children of the neighbor gathering at the pool. 🤦🏾♀️IT WAS A LOT LOT OF THEM . The new tenants need to follow the parking rules. The gate hasn't been broken in a while because they stop running into it. 🤦🏾♀️How do you pay to live in a gated community and run into the gate.

No it is not worth it i came when it first opened i wish i was able to look at the ratings of this disgusting place it is infested the manger always worried about what and who come in and out your own house. Everything the maintenance man fix never be properly fixed

That is true, but only for some homes. My grandma's house is perfectly fine, it might be that your building is infested, but go to the front office, and report the problem. They'll be more than happy to check that out for you :D
