Wonderful experience! Called ahead to ask about resizing and then the cleaning/polishing of my engagement ring and the woman who runs the store was very helpful and kind. She even mapped my ring beforehand, as I was nervous to leave such an expensive piece of jewelry with a (albeit reputable) stranger. She was so helpful and my engagement ring was beautiful! Will definitely be coming back.

Best place to get a ring!!!! Joe is amazing and his knowledge, experience and character is 2nd to none. He's not just trying to get a sale and he is looking for clients for a lifetime. I got my fiancé's engagement ring here, and both of our wedding bands. He's taken care of us and many friends/family and his shop has a GREAT selection as well.

What a great store. I called around 11am to see if they do appraisals for a ring I own and needed an insurance policy on, I was informed they did. The gal on the phone was super helpful and informed me of the process and price. I was thrilled and was in the store within a few hours.
