My husband and I bought a bike and the Copilot bike trailer here. The trailer was not a good fit for me and I did not feel safe biking in the city with my son in it. It is questionable at best that they rely on a hand written note to inform their customers about the store’s no returns policy; it should be verbally communicated with every sale. After several inconsistent excuses from the owner, I was offered a $50 refund (lol) that expired at the end of the day. From now on, we will be going to the bike store on Damen where the store policies reflect both their respect and value in their local customers.

They are the best and they fix my problem in 20 minutes which other bike shop was not able to fix it and there shop is bigger and cleaner and way professional then others
