Very nice Welcome Center. The view was really great! Bathroom was clean and nice to use.

Well maintained facility. Being cleaned when I was there. Shady places available to get a nice rest from the road. Many dogs present but out of the way of pedestrian traffic.

A beautiful and well maintained rest stop. Plenty of clean restrooms. Great place to have a picnic during your traveling adventures.

Adequate rest stop but not much of a welcome center into West Virginia. There was a guy sitting at the desk playing on his phone. There were 2 pay phones, 6 vending machines and a medium size rack of brochures for local attractions. Of course there were restrooms. They were clean and had plenty of toilet paper, seat covers, soup and paper towels. The bathroom floor was removed down to cement, possibly for improvements. Part of the welcome center is blocked off. The best thing about this welcome center is for RVers. On the truck parking side there is a completely free dump station with water for rinsing and potable water. There is no overnight parking at this location. It looks like this was once a really nice place but it went down hill. There is evidence that they are making improvements on the inside. The outside is unkempt with weeds everywhere. This isn't an attempt to go native as many other states are doing, it's just weeds and uncared for shrubs.
