This place was a cool stay - we stayed 3 months on a weekly basis - it was nice and we had a great spot next to the bathhouse (and garbage) it was a sketchy neighborhood outside the gates and for us close to the freeway- it was fine as this is the standard for RV parks - for sure it is more of a long term kind of place - but they were able to do daily and weekly - great stay don’t let the park fool you from the outside! The reviews are right it is not in a great neighborhood. It is not a place where I would take my family but we're too very travelers who needed a week off of the road it was perfect for us. It's a three minute drive to a very safe area more importantly the cement walls and the barbed wire above coupled with the electric gate made us feel very safe inside the walls. Mostly year-round residence made very friendly neighbors and only add to the feeling of comfort. I cannot remember the gentleman's name but our host was very friendly and down to earth. It's been 10 minutes from a major shopping district with department stores, and awesome national major chains. I will definitely stay there again.

Really nice guy that helped us late at night when needing a place to park for the night. Trustworthy, nice guy! Didn't worry about pay payment till next day....

Good luck at this place. The so called office manager never calls you back. Manager is nice to your face then talks about you behind your back. No one ever returns your calls. Billing is most of the time wrong. Don't ever let her sell you anything because all it is, is garbage. I hate living here but, I have no other option.

You may have seen some older trailers there but if there older than 1990 that is because they were there before they implemented the change so now no trailers older than 1990
I am sorry to give you the bad news, but there is no RV storage on this property.
We have vacanancies all the time you need to get an application and get on the waiting list. And yes we accept Motor home's.
Monthly i believe is 525.00 plus 15.00 app. Fee and 200.00 deposit. And your water sewer and garbage is included and you get electric added on to your rent receipt.
