After having an altercation with the extremely rude manager about the size of my rv (he had to get his tape out and everything just to be proven he was indeed wrong) I decided to read recent reviews. The last review mentioned the showers not being functional so I called to verify bc that was part the reason we specifically booked this place, they’re advertised “restrooms & hot showers”. The manager chose this opportunity to be rude once again and when I asked if there were showers, he paused, said yes…. I reasked that I would “be able to take a shower tonight” and he danced around answering me before revealing that the bathroom is indeed not able to be used. Just because the facility is there does not make it an amenity if I’m not able to actually use it. Because of this false advertisement, I asked for a refund. The manager said he would “process it in the next two minutes” and I’m still waiting…based on his childish unprofessional behavior, I will probably have to file a claim with my bank to get the funds back. 0/10 do not recommend. They need to replace the manager who apparently doesn’t like customers.

Was there one night. Nice park, but if you need showers and laundry like we did having a Class B, you're out of luck. They are not functioning and no mention of that on the website - you learn when you are checked in. Also close to freeway noise. $72 for the night was a lot and thought some type of refund was fair, but got no response from the manager after two emails.

How much are weekly rates

Not sure about the weekly rate but my boyfriend lives there and guests parking are terrible. You have to park outside of the park and down the street. Besides all these negatives...it is the best park that I've seen in the Sacramento area. Safer than most and it's very well kept. You might want to call them and ask about the weekly rate per say
