Great place to live everyone is friendly the manager Cheryln is a lifesaver my mom was getting food from the Tuesday giveaway and she had a stroke and if it wasn't for Cheryln recognizing the symptoms of stroke my mom wouldn't be here today , this happened in Dec of 2020 just wanna give a hero a shout out thank you for saving my mom's life

What a great place. My parents lived at this park for over 20 years. The manager is so great to work with. Always attentitive and caring. And they couldn't have asked for better neighbors. I was also just looking through all the posted reviews and it appears that the negative reviews are aged over 3-4 years. This was prior to the current management taking over the park. Since they have been here, they have done numerous improvements to the park. Many of which they do annually....They have removed the clutter, repaved the streets, trimed all the trees, painted and updated the grounds, just to name a few. This park is a hidden jewel for seniors.

We've been here close to twenty years. So far best of all others.Parks getting better week by week, managements friendly, patient with most of us. They understand some peoples hardships and thats most respectable to my wife and I especially thru both our health issues!

Our current rate is $650.00 plus utilities. For RV lots we are long term to permanent so we require a minimum of 6 month stay.
No, the pool is not heated. It is also only open in the summer months when it is hot. The sun heats it nicely and the residents here have no complaints on the temperature.
Hello William, We do not do any rentals here, however we should have one or more homes being put up for sale within about a month or so. Feel free to check back as often as you like. Our space rent is $599.00 plus utilities. Utilities are: trash-$21.55, water-$14.75, sewer-$38.01, storm sewer-$3.39, electricity-metered usage and gas is metered usage through PG&E. Anyone bringing in an RV, the RV must be year 2010 or newer and fully functional.

We are a long term to permanent mobile home park. We do have a few RV spaces but we do not rent any of our RV spaces for less than two months a time.

A place to park. My electric bill is about ... well pretty cheap. You have a place to park a class a, full size pickup and still have a patio. The electric is 30 amp and a 50 amp. It is pretty nice.
