Rpugh area, manager keeps a clean park just not as responsive as I would expect. RV part is black asphalt with no trees. Maintence guy was really which bumped you up a star.

I've lived in this park for 4 years. I absolutely LOVE this park. People are friendly but keep to themselves, it's quiet, clean and I feel safe. Since moving in here there have been a few managers. The current manager, Gary, is the BEST. He is friendly, professional, reasonable and yet holds people to the rules of the park. You can tell and see he knows what he is doing in managing the park, and that he takes his job seriously and works tirelessly to take care of it. The park is absolutely charming with an old school neighborhood feel. I wouldn't live anywhere else.

I pay $560.00 a month . that includes Electric , garbage , water , sewer and there are wash rooms and showers . you have to pay a key deposit . there's a pool . mail in office , supost to be getting mail boxes installed out side of the office . rv's in front and moble homes in back . $50.00 back ground check for everyone that's over the age 18 . dogs are aloud . I've lived here a little over a year . you can get a lot in the back but its a little more because you get a yard .

I think they have to be 10 or 15 years or newer. There are a few in here that must be grandfather'ed in because they are at least 25 years old. Call Gary though and ask. But it looks like the park is full right now.
I am the current manager. Vacancies are rare and go quick. There are no rent to own. Rent for an RV space including utilities averages $555 a month.
I am the current manager. Yes, we do background and credit checks. Cost for that is $25 per person applying and if approved that amount is applied to the first months rent. There is a $250 refundable security deposit as well (based on credit).
There is no dump station, all RV's have individual black water hookups.
Have to have your dog on a leash take it down to the dog park that's in the trailer park and I'm not sure on the pet deposit
