Good value apartment for the money, compared to other apartments in such an expensive area. However, having lived in other apartments, their handling and subtractions from deposits when the lease is over leaves a lot to be desired.

Pros: 1. Spacious home 2. The apartment is old(Con). Luckily, the unit that I lived was semi re-modeled 3. Lot of plants around 4. Great location (near to downtown) 5. 6 months lease and goes month to month after that Cons: 1. Thin walls, you can hear the neighbors even when they are talking normally. This got really annoying for me and I moved out just after 6 months because of this. 2. Kids play soccer in the parking lot leading to multiple damages to car 3. Before leaving they did a pre inspection and gave me a sheet on what needs to be worked on after I leave the apartment and also gave me a number on how much they would deduct from my deposit. They deducted 40% extra from my deposit. I have heard this complaint from few other tenants that they deduct a lot more from deposit.
