Waited with my mother in-law for 6 hours then she got stuck waiting in the ER room for another….I don’t know how many hours bc at 8pm I had to leave. I wanted to go sit in the ER room with her bc she has dementia and they wouldn’t let me. The security man and the ER registration nurse accused me of being argumentative. Said it was very busy back there. Was I wrong to ask to sit with her bc I didn’t want her to feel alone and also to be her voice if they asked questions bc she gets confused.I had all her med information with me to share with the staff. These two mentioned staff members just kept telling me I was being argumentative while I was trying to speak to them about my loved one! I understand everyone is under staffed and over worked but this was very unnecessary and unprofessional.

Believe the reviews. Arrived at 9:50pm with pancreatitis (incredibly painful). Still waiting to be seen at 1:20am. The person in front of me has been here for about 4 hours. Next I'll try ANYWHERE else.

Worst experience ever. They sent my bill to collections when they had my address on file as my old address that I haven’t lived at in 15 years. I had a signed medical release sent to them with my correct address and they scanned my drivers license in the emergency room so why would they not have a correct address on file? Now no one will answer and this hospital uses a 3rd party for billing. Absolute nightmare.

I felt that I was treated like I was her family, that’s how well she took care of me.Thank you Heather for your professionalism, caring and the respect that you showed me in Emergency. While my Dad was there last year, doctors and nurses were great. Facility needs housekeeping attention.
The CEO of the hospital was very receptive to suggestions and complaints. She is ALWAYS available one way or an other. A second avenue would be to check with head of volunteers, as it may have been volunteer receptionists rather than hospital employees.
No. You cannot. The hospital uses their own lab to process specimens. They are not affiliated with Quest. You will have to go to Quest directly.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE FOR PHYSCIATRISTS, it is the worst!! Please please pick another location to visit. They do not HELP at this location at all. Just a punishment they treat you like a criminal
