The women that work there are excellent but who they work for-I don't know. Going on "9WEEKS" for a resole job on my boots.you CAN NOT call or text the factory the only way is thru email and they WILL NOT RESPOND!! The local store has showed me the many times she has tried but to no avail. I'm going for the company now. Let6see what happens.

Great little store with great staff. The only problem is how small it is but that's no one's fault. All the girls that worked there were knowledgeable and great. They never pressured me to make a purchase and didn't show the slightest bit of annoyance with the number of shoes I tried on. Will for sure be returning here in X when I need another pair or work done to my boots!
