Went with friend to see his parents yesterday. What a clean and friendly place! Everyone smiling and cheery. They were eating lunch and it looked great. The word is that the food is very good. I'm hopefully a ways off from needing this level of care but if I was in need I would consider the Terrace for sure.

Call bells answered promptly when I was there with my Mother. Tried for 3.5 days to get information when my Mom had Covid. Usually takes 5-6 tries to even speak to a Nurse's station. Forget about talking to a Nurse. My Mom fell 2x and was sent to the ER 2x. They did not notify us. She has had 2 UTI's, 2 pressure injuries, & numerous of bruises of unknown origin. BUT they do answer call bells when a family member is there.

The protocol is sign in, they do a covid19 test every week for all visitors. For example you visit today they'll do one for you and if you come again on Friday you won't need to take another test cause the previous test is good for 1 week.
