I also had a bad experience with Ann, She was the rudest, nastiest person I had ever talked to on the phone! I got ahold of the owners to complain and they weren't much better.

DO NOT LOOK AT THIS COMMUNITY! Manager Ann is a horrible, rude and very unprofessional person. We went to look at a home for sale and instead of introducing herself, she decided it was best to just say “move your car now”. That’s all. No hi, welcome to the community. No can I help you guys. No Hi, my name is Ann and I’m the manager of the park. Unprofessional and rude. Residents of the park are great! But unfortunately with the manager being so rude and so horrible, they can not make a complaint due to fear of retaliation from management. Open your eyes Owners Ken and Sue. If you want a successful park, listen to your residents and treat them with respect and kindness. If not, your just as guilty as Ann in how she treats your residents.
