It's around 450 per month , add 100 for gas, electric and trash and sewer if you re conservative add another 75 if you're on Indian land which is the part of the park next to the mountains. I'm on rent control which makes it about 50 dollars less.
Call the office during business hours and they should be able to help you.
If you mean mobile homes, policies do vary from park to park. Like the other gentleman said, it's best to call the park.
