proceed with caution when evaluating quality of park management. then decide for yourself. incompetent, in my opinion. LOL, also note tamara warman, who works in mobile park office, wrote a positive review :-)

A friend has a small home here. Yes, it's a trailer park, but very clean, nice pool area, has a clubhouse which I have not seen. Great option for ownership at a more reasonable cost by Palm Springs standards

I was here checking out homes last month and I was amazed the job these people did to this place compared to my first visit almost 8 years ago. A totally different atmosphere. It was beautiful. Almost all the homes were replaced with these new mono sloped homes that were gorgeous. Even most of the older homes had been renovated into these beautiful Palm Springs style homes. I had more helpful interactions with the people who lived here in the 45 minutes it took for us to take the full tour than I have in the 7 years i've been in my mobile community here in Simi. I want to live here!!! UPDATE I moved in about a month after this review went up. I LOVE IT HERE. Besides the community being beautifully maintained, The people that live here are amazing. Even the property manager is awesome. I've only had 2 minor issues and if she had them corrected by the next day!

No it's not only tiny homes. There are much bigger homes here as well. It's a great place to live. ( my home is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom )
