Please do not live here. I lived here for a year and moved out as soon as I could. It has now been a year that we have been moved out and we are getting calls and emails from the billing department saying we owe another $500 for move-out cleaning fees. We had a cleaning company clean the apartment before we moved out since there was no security deposit. Please do not live here. Here are more annoying reasons not to live here: 1.) The roaches are like out of a horror movie. I woke up at 3am one night to get water and I’m not exaggerating, they were on the counters, walls, ceiling, floor, everywhere in the kitchen. I understand if we kept a messy place and never had pest control come, but I am slightly OCD when it comes to keeping a clean kitchen. 2.) Our air conditioning was broken for 9 out of the 12 months we lived there. There were only 2 guys working maintenance and would act like it was going to be done but we never heard back. 3.) When we turned in our move-out notice two months prior to move out, everything seemed fine until on move out day they tried charging us an extra $500+ because the fine print of the lease says provide notice three months in advance. We were never notified of this and no one mentioned anything when we had originally turned it in. Again, this place is a SCAM please don’t live here.

The maintenance team went above and beyond to help me get my washer, which was too wide, into my laundry room!! They had to remove the frame, which wasn't easy. I really couldn't afford a carpenter, so they made it happen. I needed that blessing!!

Leased here for a year and let me tell you I've never been happier to leave a place. It is NOT a gated apartment complex considering within the year I've been here the entrance gate hasn't been closed once. More so they clearly have no issue with leaving tenants in terrible living conditions. We lived with mold festering in our apartment for MONTHS and it's still there to this day. They sent people out to check on it and never got back to us even though we were told it can cause serious respiratory issues. Not to mention any bug can get in strictly due to how many cracks and crevices are there. I really wouldn't recommend leasing here. It's been an exhausting experience to say the least.

I hate it here!! The roaches are out of control and the building is dirty. No one comes to clean up the hallways ever!! There’s just too many things wrong for me to list them all. But the main problem is the ROACHES no matter what we do they won’t go away. At this point they need to just knock the whole complex down and start fresh. I really don’t wanna give any stars at all!!
