I've been in this Apartment over 2 year's there always modes and the manager Mary is always picking on me when ever i complain about any thing she don't even report it to the maintenance guy i will always go to him directly to get stuff …Emmanuel, we are sincerely sorry to hear you've been dissatisfied with the service you've received from our team in the office. Been here for a little over a year, can't complain about much. Parking isn't great but pretty manageable. Maintenance is really good everything is kept up very wellHi, Jonathan. I've been here for going on 5 years.. Yes parking is an issue but this is a very small complex and I rarely have visitors so that doesn't bother me. The walls are thin so you hear more than in other complexes I've lived in, but it also depends on your neighbors. & I did see some roaches but Sarah made sure I had pest control every 2 weeks as soon as I informed her, so that didn't last long. The issue are small here for me & rent is VERY reasonable since I would still like to be in Marietta but be close to the city where I work. Maintenance has always came when I needed them to so my complaints are very small compared to the big picture!! I really have no problems here!!
