Positive: Balcony is nice. Overall appearance is nice. Negative: I got a stiff neck watching tv. Perhaps rearrange the furniture so tv is in front yard of bed. Sofa bed cover is janky; doesn¿t zip. Microwave would¿ve been appreciated.

The hotel is just okay. It was advertised as if it was a really nice hotel super clean etc. But my room had a really bad stale smell as well as the shower was clogged and the bathroom didnt look too clean. The carpet wasn’t vacuumed infront of the closet. We used the ac unit in the room and it actually gave me some sinus issues. We left our towels on the floor to be switched out and they weren’t taken and last but not least it is relatively expensive compared to what we got for sure.

While I didn't care much for the rooms by the elevator and exterior doors on the bottom level, I did appreciate the people at the hotel that realized that we were paying too much for the rooms and adjusted both of them to a better rate. The staff was courteous and helpful, all while the hotel was packed with youth baseball, soccer, and lacrosse teams and families. I'd recommend staying there and would stay there again in the future. Tastefully renovated, modern, clean, and comfortable.

Lobby is nice and clean. Front desk staff are knowledgeable and kind. Rooms have a balcony which was a nice surprise. Since covid I've been wiping everything down with bleach so I could definitely see where the cleaning was lacking.
