Please DO NOT waste your time or money trying to rent with this apartment complex. My son and his friend were approved for an apartment and after being shown the unit and getting ready to sign the lease they were told more documentation was needed. Really? Call it fate, because as they worked to get all of the information requested at the last minute a resident stormed into leasing office screaming at the staff and accused the maintenance man of breaking into his apartment. He advised my son not to rent there because the apartments are a roach motel. Oh! it gets better, there was four other residents waiting to be seen and one frustrated resident warned not to move there stating that her air condition has not been working since April and that she was calling Fox 5 for assistance. We quickly left after that. This place appears to be very poorly managed. For the amount of rent they want, we said Thanks, but NO Thanks! There are better quality apartments to rent without getting the run around.
