In specific, I would like to thank Ms. Callaway for working with me to resolve an issue that occurred at the time I moved from Atlantic Aerotropolis into my new home. Her attentiveness to my issue was beyond exceptional. I appreciate the courtesy and professionalism she exhibited as we resolved my concern. It's people like Ms. Callaway that make me miss my Hapeville home.

I currently live here at The Atlantic Aerotropolis Apartments, and I have watched for (Two) weeks of Level 4, Hallway Floors and Entryway of Level 4 Access to the units ( NOT) being swept, mopped for weeks. We have requested for a Portal Cleaning Crew, two weeks ago that Level 4 Hallways Floors need sweeping, and mopping. No service.yet as of June 1, 2022.. At this point, I feel like I am living in a (Dump) building with High rent.

Renters beware! The place is managed horribly, if you have a package delivered it’s all put into a community mail room where everybody else has their fingers on them and can take any package they want and they do! If you need a package …Thank you for your feedback. We have a LuxerOne system for package delivery. Unfortunately here, as well as many apartment communities, the delivery drivers do not always take the time and follow the procedure for logging packages and putting them in the lockers. This is a source of frustration for our residents as well as out office team. We are constantly reaching out and reporting this to Amazon -who's driver are usually the worst about doing this. Our office team regularly does audits and notifies people if a package has been dropped off and takes it to the office as a courtesy so it is not left out in the mail room. Our mail room has cameras, so if you have a concern about a package for yourself please reach out to the office and we will do out best to assist you.
