Poor customer service. I went to grab something quick, ordered a strawberry/chocolate Frosty and waited forever in line. When I got to the window, I had become even more hungry and asked could I add a large fries to my order. The window attendant said No. I honestly was taken back by her response, so I just turned my music up a little and waited for her to come with my frosty "and fries". I was rather polite to say the least. She handed me the frosty with the lid already barely sitting on top over-filled and leaking down the sides. It made a mess and when I asked about the fries, she again said No. I asked was she serious and she started complaining about the line of cars. At this point, I already waited 25-30 minutes and was irritated. She kept complaining and I noticed the manager right next to her, not say anything. I said fine and drove off but this was horrible customer service over a large fry and I surely won't be back.

Just spent $10 for the bacon bbq burger. Got zero bacon!!! Sucks!!

They are never stocked and are always out of something like all the dipping sauces, large cups, soda. Don't come with an attitude I'm use to them but I heard them go off on customers no problem . What you give you get.
