Attended a convention held at the Hilton Atlanta Airport. Free shuttle started my good experience. Welcoming staff. Adequate food with hotel dining. Very clean and comforting room. Super good temperature control. The only negative was the location to restaurants for dining outside the hotel. That is not an issue with Hilton Atlanta Airport. Would I stay there again? Absolutely.

I had an excellent stay. My room was clean and nice. But what made it spectacular was the front desk staff. The manager Des took exceptional care of me ensuring that I had everything that I needed. I will definitely be staying here when I return to Atlanta. Thank you Des for making my day!

The hotel was gorgeous on the outside and inside, but I would not recommend spending this much money to stay overnight just because of a long layover. We waited so long for the shuttle at the airport and watched multiple hotel properties have a shuttle that filtered through 2 to 3 times before ours got there. Because the shuttle was not very timely, we got to the property after the dining options in the hotel were closed. At that point, we just wanted to go to bed regardless if we were going to bed hungry or not. You would think a hotel of this caliber would have a shuttle that runs sooner than every 30 minutes or even has two shuttles to accommodate. we ended up grabbing an Uber to get to the airport in the morning and got us there before the 5 AM shuttle was scheduled to arrive back at the hotel.

Positive: I liked the location and the friendliness of the staff. Negative: Incredibly noisy. The room needed much attention inside. Iron and board were missing. Hair dryer was missing. Power cord to the television was missing. Toilet handle and seat were broken. Bathroom sink pipes broken and flooded the bathroom.

The parking is NOT free. It costs an additional $22 per night to park your vehicle.
Pool close at 9 p.m.
As for as I know the indoor pool is open every day. It closes for maintenance.
I checked in at 9am it's at 3pm but if they have it available then you can check in early
There is parking but there is a nightly charge. When booking look for the deals that include free parking and other perks.
The hotel has a minibus that makes the transfer from the airport to the hotel every 15 minutes
