Upon check in the front desk was very friendly. Overall the staff were courteous. It can get very crowded when a lot of people checking in. The process was smooth and we got to our room. The parking lot is a mess with all the construction and it seems unorganized since the parking spaces can be shared with Holiday Inn, IHOP and taco restaurant across the hotel. It literally next door. The room was very clean (within our standard) we didn't have to exchange it. The bed was clean because you can tell the bed sheets were changed and it has that smell of cleanliness to it. The bathroom was ok. Except there's no glass door entering the shower area. The breakfast was excellent actually. For a complimentary breakfast it was good. The hotel is a little outdated for a BW plus but it's not bad. The only thing bad about this hotel and it's location near the airport. You could hear the airplanes taking off and warming their engines.

I will start by saying there were only two people working. Amelia, who I believe is the manager, was handling check-ins, phones, guest requests, etc. She handled everything very well and was super friendly and polite. She's a fantastic multitasker but there really need to be more people working there. I believe the other person working there was for maintenance. I didn't catch his name but he was very friendly and polite as well. The problem with this hotel: It just LOOKS nice at first glance. The bathroom drain was nasty, there was a blood stain and gum wrapper in the bed. There was only one working elevator, only one working ice machine, no housekeeping, etc. I would go somewhere else.

For a medium-to-low cost, airline funded stay the hotel was good. Room was clean, slept rather comfortably (which can be rare even in nicer places), and staff was nice. Lack of non-fastfood being easily accessible was biggest problem.

Hotel is dated. Overall public spaces are dirty. Room clean but dated. Several outlets did not work. Room reeked of smoke. How does no one not notice this?! Front desk very nice as was the shuttle driver. Would not recommend for the price.

About 10(3-4 miles) minutes to the domestic terminal being very conservative. And even less to the international terminal.
Some ach debt machine only take chips. I only use cards with chips so l wouldn't know for sure. But you could try calling and asking 1st.. l have gone to a few that swipe and chip use

Close to downtown but beware of traffic
As needed or every half hour or hour depending on the flow...they have several vans/small buses...not sure about when the stop or start but assume it should be 24 hours since its obviously one of those perks they promote
It offers an airport shuttle service and it's about a 10 minute ride to the hotel. It does not have a fenced lot so I would not recommend that you leave your car there.
When we asked airport officials they said no hotel shuttles serviced the international terminal.
If you want to carry pet with you for this you have to ask them advance otherwise no pet is allowed
Yes, but only in rooms with king size beds. In a double queen no, the fire marshal has decreed that constitutes a fire hazard.
