I’ve been living here for 2 years and this is the 3rd time I have had flooding in my bathroom and bedroom due to a water pipe. Flooding has caused damage to my personal items and the leasing office couldn’t care less. They have yet to legitimately fix the problem that keeps arising in the entire building. Lazy, and unprofessional describes them perfect.

It is a very quiet property to live. I have loved this place, the attention is excellent. They keep the property super clean and beautiful and everything up to date, when one needs something from the apartment they send someone right there immediately. I really feel very comfortable living here. Super recommended 😊

The Landing At Coconut Creek is my first apartment I'm currently going on year 2 with them and I have to say my experience with them has been amazing! I love my apartment and the pool. The award winning staff is absolutely amazing! Isabel the leasing consultant is absolutely amazing and goes above and beyond for her residents. Isabel takes the time to help out each residents and all new and upcoming residents making sure they get all the documents in so they will be able to move in to their new homes with ease. Even when handling multiple people at a time she is extremely patient and make sure give each individual her time to assist them with their needs. Isabel is one Amazing Woman! That this rental company has, Thank you so much Isabel for everything!! Im excited to continue another year with this rental company.

I hope the management doesn't make this difficult. When I moved in I complained about the rugs, the a/c was warm and I took pictures of everything upon move in. I mean everything ... The rugs were shampooed and stains came back within a week. The backyard is a swamp their was overspray of paint on book shelving above bar counter rugs were atrocious when I moved in (at least 2nd tenant on them if not the 3rd) and they never fixed my falling down ceiling on the deck after 1.75 years. I couldn't invite anyone to my home out of shame the way they left it. So as I said take piictures pictures pictures with dates... I wish they had treated me better, as I paid them their cash every month, waking up at 5am and coming home at 7pm Monday through Friday. They never complained when they cashed the checks. I assume they will give me every penny of security I gave them. I just want to sever ties with Landings at Coconut Creek. I will repost, either removing this or adding to it. 1/27/2019.

I left a voicemail and still nothing. It’s been two week since. Do I have to go there?

I have been trying to call for information on a one bedroom and move in. Every number is busy or I get a voicemail. How can I get in contact with someone?

Did you leave a voicemail? Rent depends on your income.

What's the total move in price Are you pet friendly, I have a cat.

It depends on your credit, and as mentioned how many bedrooms. If you have credit score around 550 and is one bedroom usually they charge 1.5 times the rent for the month plus the first month rent. If you have 750+ credit score and no bad rental history they will charge just a small security of 500.00 plus first month rent. A one bedroom goes for about 1420-1500 a month. They also allow pets. No larger than 30 or 35 pounds. If you call the office they should be able to run a soft credit check that is not a hard check, so it won't drop your score points and give you a ballpark amount for move in. I am only speaking from what I paid and what a few of my friends that live here paid. Hope this helps. :-)
