I found a perfect vehicle online and scheduled an appointment after confirming the availability of the vehicle. They called me on two occasions confirming that the vehicle was in fact in stock and on the lot. I then drove 40 minutes to the dealership to meet Ahmed, who was busy with another customer when I had a scheduled appointment. He then told me that the vehicle I wanted was sold FOUR days prior to when I called to confirm availability. I then gave another chance and walked the lot and asked another associate (who was smoking with his buddy and annoyed I asked him) if there were any other vehicles that met my criteria. He seemed annoyed that I was even asking him about the vehicles. A dealership that represents a major car company should be held more accountable to their customer service standards.

This car dealership has A LOT USED CAR IN THE PARKING LOT. BUT OVERPRICED. I AM NOT SURE WHY THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS.
