Maintenance Took forever to fix issue i had I also hated being out after 6pm or when it got dark due to raccoons lots and lots of raccoons.I hated living there it wasn’t enjoyable the stairs are all cracked up my A/C stopped working multiple times and they have yet to return my remaining deposit which they took most of it for no real reason I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE

Amazing property to live at, from the property manager to the leasing agents all the way to the whole maintenance crew, there all amazing! Everytime i had a problem in my apt wich was random, it would get solved on that same day! Highly recommend this property to anybody looking for an apartment

Residents must register all guest/visitor vehicles with the office prior to parking overnight.
All vehicles must be registered with the office to park, and decal must remain current at all times. No PODS, commercial vehicles, boats, or RVs permitted.
The assigned schools for our community are: Coconut Creek Elementary, Margate Middle School, and Coconut Creek High School
