Her new location in Davie is a far drive for all her clients that love her but we follow her there because she is the best! Please bring her back to the more convenient location for all of us!

Not only does the store have limited inventory compared to other locations. But also I was just in the store I have a gift card at the bar code was damaged on but it’s still has the code number on the back. Get the guy at the counter said they can’t input those numbers in manually. I asked if I if the manager could do it. He said no without getting me the manager even though I asked for the manager. This is the closest location of my new place but I guess I’ll be going to the Coral Springs one from now on.

I usually have a great smooth experience at any pet supermarket. This one in particular I had the worse experience with the cashier Brooke. She was rude, did not greet anyone. I even had to ask what were we doing or waiting on and she said “your total is right here you don’t see it” and I actually had to really look for my total and ask if I had any points to use. She then applied my points and just started looking around so I asked again “are we good to go” still haven’t told me what I had to pay or what the hell we were even doing or waiting on. Almost as if she wasn’t aware she was at work or what her job consist of. Not to mention the manager who said her name was Jade was right there in fact 4 employees were there and witnessed how rude she was to the point I said “you looking at me and I’m looking at you but you’re not saying anything what are we doing” and no one said anything including the “manager”.
