I am not one to post reviews but here I am. First, I'm not sure that Lilla's Bridal Boutique deserves even one star. I visited there today with my future daughter in-law (DIL), her mom, and her brother's girlfriend. When you are picking out your dream wedding dress you should be treated like a princess. Our bridal consultant had zero personality and made us feel like we didn't deserve her time. She made statements such as "we don't have that in your size" (can you say "body shaming") and she made comments about dresses being out of my DILs budget and not to bother. The longer we were there the more uncomfortable we became. Maybe we would have found her dream dress but apparently we weren't worth the time or effort.

Horrible customer service if even any? We came on a Saturday just hoping to browse mother of the bride dresses, not expecting to try anything on, we just wanted to look. Took the staff 15 min to even greet us or ask if we were being helped just for them to then say we have to make an appointment there are no consultants available at the moment. Awful. I felt very unwelcome here and would not ever recommend this place to anyone they acted very boujee and rude.

I, 100% understand that this is a small family owned business but the purchase of my dress have been the most stressful, and frustrating process. Every time I called its been a different amount or "you'll have to call tomorrow I'm not sure" super upsetting seems like no one is on the same page. I'm leaving 3 stars for the service of actually finding the perfect dress, Dianna was so nice, kind and helpful.
