Would love to be able to give 0 stars. I should have known when I moved my policy from an actually ERIE Agent in VA to this company in PA, because Community Insurance never sent my old agency the cancellation documents so I didn't have a lapse in coverage. Meanwhile I was getting charged 2x for the new policy and my old policy. They also write policy for multiple insurance companies. What does that mean for you, it means they know very little about the policies they sell. They misrepresent themselves and try to smooth talk you.

Saved over $600 dollars a year with family car insurance and home owners insurance. This was a no brainier. Customer service representative was pleasant and efficient. Direct answers to direct question. And better coverage! Recommend.

Nichole Vina from your New Holland office was a very professional and helpful agent to work with on bundling our home owners and car insurance. She was smart and efficient on answering all my questions. Nichole explained everything to me and she was able to save us some money. More importantly, I would highly recommend her to all my family and friends! Thanks again Nichole for all your help!

Review your coverage with your insurance agent annually. Increasing your deductible would save you some money. One of the rating factors of your policy is how many miles you drive to/from work. Drivers 55 and older can take a defensive driving course. Make sure you are “bundling” your auto and home with the same carrier to maximize the discounts.
