Sent a tree trimming crew out with zero notice, my husband came home from grocery shopping with our baby and they had parked in our driveway and blocked off close parking. Tree crew immediately moved and apologized, said PPL was supposed to have told us. Called to complain and the rep said "it's noted in your file, are you satisfied?" I wasn't rude until then. WORST customer service.

I’ve been waiting several hours for a 28 minute callback. I am 1 person in my small, 1 bedroom apartment and my electric bills are $414. Meanwhile, the family of 3 next door, including a toddler and stay at home mother, pay less than I do. Neither of us have a supplier. Yes, I’ve investigated thoroughly. Also, turned off all appliances and meter still running. You people are really careless and every time I call, I get nothing but attitude and blame towards others. Also, I have to pay more money for you to do a job you already get paid for. Fantastic
