I picked up my dress Monday from Renaissance Bridal, and I wanted to share that I had a great experience from start to finish! I wasn't planning on going to a million stores, and I'm so glad that I found my DREAM dress at my one and only appointment! When I went in in January, I wasn't sure if I was getting married this July or September. Either way, I knew I was on a time crunch. Jon has super helpful, and acknowledged my need to make a decision soon, wherever I got my dress, but in no way ever pressured me. I had a very specific sort of dress I was looking for, and Jon pulled the perfect one off the bat. I tried on quite a few more dresses, but nothing beat the first! Both my mom and I really appreciated him. All the gowns I tried on were great quality. Picking up the dress was painless, and it was nice that Beth let me try it on in store to make sure there were no issues. I can't wait to marry my dream man in my dream dress this September! I would highly recommend going to Renaissance Bridal if you are searching for your dream wedding dress! John made the experience so easy, relaxed, and fun! You can tell he’s extremely passionate about helping you find the dress of your dreams! I was unsure if it was my dress and needed some time to think about it. John made it super easy to communicate with him and made special arrangements for me to come back and say yes to the dress! I also enjoyed being the only bride there during my time and having John work with just me! I didn’t real rushed or like I was in the way like I had at other bridal shops! I can’t say enough good things about Renaissance!

Showed up on time for our required scheduled appointment and no one would answer the locked door or answer the phone. Drove 45 minutes to visit the store. Very disappointed.

I cannot express enough what a special experience I had at Renaissance Bridal! I loved the Frank Sinatra music playing in the background as Jon’s expertise helped me find the perfect dress. He was extremely knowledgeable, gave personal attention to our party, and did not rush our appointment. He was able to pick out beautiful gowns I had not seen anywhere else and made me feel like a million bucks. We had a blast with this most important decision. I would HIGHLY recommend Jon and the entire team at Renaissance Bridal!
