First off the employees don't have any idea on how to deal with customers! they also had my vehicle for 5 months due to a parasitic EBCM that is a emergency brake control module and sent me messages stating that the part was in the final testing phase but this Monday afternoon 8-22-22 thay requested me to pick it up and stated that it was non repairable.They also disabled my gear shifter by removing the gear shaft from the neutral safety Switch And did not inform us of the removal of that part therefore I was unable to start my vehicle and I had to Resort to Obtaining the services of a tow truck until I was able To repair their mistakes I would not suggest bringing your vehicle to Deacon Jones Chevrolet in Clinton North Carolina due to the lack of their experience And professionalism .
