Terrible service waiting two months last summer for them to come out and fix ac on my tractor. Then it quit a month later and had to wait another 3 weeks for them to come out to fix it again. Now I have a tractor that has been sitting on their yard waiting to get in the shop to be repaired for 4 weeks and it hasn’t even been looked at yet. They will never call you, you have to call them every time. They say they don’t but they definitely prioritize service for their larger customers. Save the reply with the excuses I definitely won’t be buying another JD

Yes, they have a repair shop
Yes, they will come out to make repairs. Sometimes they can be backed up so it might take awhile for them to get there though.
