I said good morning to her twice and she just continues to say what she want to say . I know being polite could make a environment better. Next time will Have videos to show how rude they . Absolutely terrible. My grandma moved here a week ago and passed away unexpectedly the day I came to visit. Instead of being patient with me and my 4 year old sister who just saw our grandmother die right in front of us, the president of the community yelled and harassed us. Not only that, but they refused to let my family in to come pick us up because might I add, we are minors who were all alone and were being rushed out of the development. I am absolutely heartbroken and OUTRAGED at the service being provided by this awful living facility and hope none of your family and friends chose to live here.

Guest passes are only issued by security for persons that have been invited in to the property by a resident. The resident must call security to initiate the guest pass identifying the time frame for which the pass is valid
