We lived here for three years and they were very seamless, the maintenance is quick and responsive, the community is very well maintained and the folks at the leasing office are very helpful. The homes are well designed and have a lot of storage space. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful comfortable environment.

I've been living here for a few years and I must say, I'm very disappointment. #1: The security at this place is a joke. Gates are always broken allowing anyone in. The barrier arms are always knocked down. With the amount of rent we pay; Casa Palma's management should at least invest in a better security system to protect their tenants. Cars are broken into all the time. The back gate at the community by the dog park is always open allowing the kids and adults from the back community to simply walk in. I can't tell you the amount of times I've seen kids just ride in with their bikes and ride around the community screaming as its a play park. It's a true nuisance for the people who work from home as I do. Our rent was increased by 25% and we expect and deserve better SECURITY! I'm hoping both Regina Sanders and Joann Howanitz, property managers, take this feedback and better this community to higher standards.

Despite being hard to reach most days by phone , Regina was very helpful had an update quickly . The only con was during application process a new hire gave us misinformation on money order vs cashier check . Excited to move in .
