Unprofessional office staff. Communication is horrible. Feels like government housing, with threatening emails . Look elsewhere Additional issues dirty roof flimsy finishes/ towel holders/ toilet paper holders cheaply placed plastic wrap paint that peels all over the floor short notice maintenance ( less then 24 hours ) with entry into your property. NOT WORTH THE 4K rent. not even close. Maintenance staff is very kind and professional that is a plus, office staff don't know how to effectively communicate and could use some training

The best thing about the Hamptons is the location. It’s a central location a few minutes to the Sawgrass and not far from the Turnpike. Maintenance issues are addressed promptly and the staff in the office is always friendly and ready to assist you in any possible way. The property is well maintained. Most importantly, it is a safe neighborhood close to Publix and Walmart. Although the rents have gone up, it still is a good deal considering that the apartments are very spacious, have a very nice layout and the garages are a great addition that not too many rentals have.
