Dont buy or rent there the association teams up with a tow trucks company . they removed your decals from the tags at nite time. And boots your car . pretended that you have an expired tags. 100 people victims by them they are terrorised the entire community. Please stay away . you will be sorry. And you have to pay 250.00 to remove the boots.
Know No Better
The horror stories are true. Do not rent or buy here. I'm contractually obligated to stay here for a full year, but as soon as I get past the 12 month mark I'm moving. This place is a dump and the people who work here are rude as hell. Like others have stated that pathetic excuse of a woman "Laura" I think her name is has no business interacting with the public on behalf of a company. Rudest person I've ever met and does not care about your valid complaints. Attitude for no reason, surely she will die alone because nobody wants to be near someone so miserable!

Was thinking of buying here- after seeing the reviews, this place looks terrible. 1 star for the reviews. What's funny is the condo board website touts the HOA board as saviors and the best ever, and how people should be happy that they're on the board. Looks like the reviews tell the opposite story. Looks like a scam- glad other people posted here

The Association is really a mess, bad information from the lady attend the phone. She make us believe that she knows everything about Rules and Regulations but she does not. Everyone who works there should have at least 1 week of training not to misinform Realtors and people who wants to buy.

Yes each building has them except for the single story buildings. They use a card that you have to put cash on it. They DO NOT take money.
Because they are too lazy and cheap to do maintenance
this person has that apartment years ago and had it rented. Now we are interested in renting it, but we do not know the requirements of the association to do it
