Dropped off a prepaid Priority 2-Day box two days ago, lady with chin length blonde hair did not acknowledge me even when i went up to her at the counter, so i dropped it at prepaid, no one else inside. After 48 hours still no acceptance scan. Went in person today to inquire where my parcel might be. The same lady took her sweet time getting to the counter and did not acknowledge anyone for 10 minutes. When it was my turn I asked the lady with the blonde chin length hair if she may check the area where the prepaid packages are left to be scanned. She rudely flat out said "no." She said I had to wait for updates, the last time they lost/stole my other parcel worth $1500, they said to wait a week. Well that box went long gone missing. I'm not making the mistake of waiting 7 days again, and never using USPS to ship EVER. AVOID AT ALL COSTS LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS SAYING THEY STEAL PACKAGES HERE!!!
Broward County Chamber of Commerce
One of the worst post office locations in south florida. Always only one person at the windows and the line is always out the door.

Everytime I go to this branch it's a problem! They're rude and not helpful at all and not to mention they don't know the rules of The United States Postal Services!

They can start anywhere from $19 for 6 month and can go as much as $75 for 6 months depending on the location. Either way if it very affordable.
Hope this helps. https://www.irs.gov/help/contact-my-local-office-in-florida
Yo can put ypir mail on hold from 3 ro 30 days for fewe at your station signinig a hold card mail or on line for a nominal fee of one dollar payable with a credit or debit card (for identification purposes)
Call the bank to get another one, but you can go in the postal Office and talk to the manager.
Sounds like you have a "hold" on your mail ... I had that happen when I moved into a new apartment ... you probably want to call or visit a local branch to get it straightened out.
Saturday's from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm according to website. But you could always call to verify.
