I had the worst shopping experience here and have canceled Pandora all together because of it. Never again. Zero stars if I could. Edited to respond… I waited until I wasn’t overwhelmed with my emotions to leave a review. Calling consumer affairs has already been done and it was useless. A managing partner of some of your stores assisted. I don’t know what came of it, but I was humiliated by one of your “managers”(Giselle) and returned my $1,000+ purchase because of it. I would never be able to look at it with joy, so it was returned. I cried at the store, and on and off for a few days after this experience. I have tried my best to move on, so I’m going to stop there because I will go into specific and shocking details about my experience. I’m sorry you have such an employee. I only reviewed because Google reminded me. I didn’t expect a response. Please do not respond to me. I’d like to move on. To the public: Sr. Concepts manages Coral Square franchise location including five other stores spreading across New Jersey and South Florida (I will upload the picture). It took me a few days of research to find that. I won’t share any other info.
