I have been dealing with this community for 13 years as an owner and a realtor that place very happy tenants in Cypress Pointe - Coral Springs they all love it and happy with the way the property is managed and always kept in excellent condition clean and safe. I must say that what makes my experience so good is dealing with the amazing Corina Flores, the Resident Services Manager, she is always on top of things return calls and emails so quick and always there to help and follow up on any issue I have. Corina is a pleasant, kind professional person I’m glade she is the front face of this community as it does add to all other values of the community ! Keep up the excellent service 👌 I would truly ignore all the reviews of people that complaint about cars being towed or other issues that are violating the rules and regulations of the community . We all should be happy that management is doing their job day and night the right way to keep the community safe and pleasant to all owners and tenants … Thank you 😊
