I have an elderly aunt (90 yrs old) who lives in century village. If I have a problem getting hold of her can a security guard be able to check on her for me? Thank you

If still a problem you should get the # and email of her building director and/or Association President.
I am possibly interested in renting for one month perhaps January or February 2022 short term. Is that allowable? Interested in either a one bedroom or efficiency.

I'm sorry but I don't know. Please check with a realtor.
Do you have to buy or can you rent? Also my husband and I have custody of our 12 year old granddaughter that we raised from an infant, are children allowed?

Some but not many apartments are for rent. For children you have to ask the specific Association, there are 16, all with their rules.
I enjoyed AT&T particularly for their internet service. The main reason I perferred AT&T was because they offer you an individual service. Meaning you do not share your wifi with other customers. For example if you were too experience slow downloading, it is because other customers are downloading as well. Another reason why I prefer ATT&T is because their 'cable box' does not light up like a runway strip at an airport. I do not work for AT&T nor am I a stock holder.
Often times, to avoid problems, people will get their car unloaded or reloaded just outside Century Village on one of the left turn Lanes on the road or in the parking lot at the small mall across the street
Sorry there are no washers and dryers in any unit. There are washers and dryers on every floor. Rent prices vary 1 bedroom can start at 900 2 bedrooms can start at 1000
The units are independently owned. Mortgages, rents, and fees vary. No on site dining; however, there are numerous restaurants, bistros, cafe's, and mom and pop establishments within proximity. If you're not driving, try LYFT. I downloaded the app during my visit, and used the services several times while staying at Century Village. Fast and inexpensive.
