The security guards are extremely rude when it comes to black guests coming through the gates and there are some a bit aggressive. Even with the employees that are black they tend to harasse them.

Really lovely place if looking for a place you can be for the rest of your life. Since a CCRC for non-profit, it has life care. Rooms are nice and many choices. Pets allowed. 1 dog under 60lbs or 2 cats. People are friendly. It is a buy in with monthly rental.

CONSTRUCTION NOISES ARE ALWAYS ONGOING AND VIBRAE THRU OUT BUILDING. WATER IS SHUT OFF FOR TWO OR THREE HOURS AT LEAST ONCE OR TWICE A MONTH.

I would assume so, as many residents are Jewish, but a simple phone call would be my suggestion for certainty.
Cathy, from my knowledge small dogs and cats are allowed as well as birds. I'm not sure what the limits are for dog sizes. Steve
