Are there updated units, between $1,000-$1,100, a month? Washer/ dryer in unit, is a must.

What size are u looking for? How many bedrooms? Most importantly are you over 55? Each floor has a washer and dryer for $0.75 per load.

Not sure about the prices but there no washers/dryers in the units. There are washers and dryers on each floor and the cost is $1 each.

I do not know the prices of units today. When I rented a unit last year, it was 850 per month. There are washing and drying machines for .75 cents on each floor.

I am sorry to inform you that there is no washer/dryer in the unit. I don't know if there are units for $1000 or $1100. It might be more.
