The units are independently owned. Mortgages, rents, and fees vary. No on site dining; however, there are numerous restaurants, bistros, cafe's, and mom and pop establishments within proximity. If you're not driving, try LYFT. I downloaded the app during my visit, and used the services several times while staying at Century Village. Fast and inexpensive.
Unlike many surrounding communities, Century Village is not a country club with restaurants on the premises. There are many good options for dining in the vicinity. For those who do not drive, a bus is provided to take residents to several nearby places on Wednesday nights.
Hi Sally there are 2 condo fees which add up to less then $500 a month. There are no restaurants on the premises just some vending machines in clubhouse but there are many restaurants witin a shoot distance and if you don't drive there is free bus service around the complex and into the surrounding area. Included in the condo fee is cable service.
It's different in all the places yes plenty of restaurants
