Be careful these are basically attached trailers homes. Mold due to lack on ventilation..mold behing wall paper in bathroom laundry room and closet by bathroom. Stay away. I see nothing has changed here.

If your looking for a new place to live and have bad credit don't even bother trying to apply here it will be a waste of an application fee. My husband and I were denied because we both have bad credit and we had the ridiculous amount of money they asked for which was $45 per application $100 hold for the apartment $300 pet fee $750 deposit $1,065 a month in rent $35 a month for the dog the grand total was $2300 (for 1 bedroom) on had in a cashiers check and was told my money wasn't good enough because our credit was bad.
