I was there on father’s day.there was only one guy working.at 3pm we were asked to leave the pool area.because they were closing.it was supposed to be open until 8pm.we were told by others neighbors that they apparently do this every weekend and also weekdays.

It is a very nice condominium, quiet, familiar, tidy, the club is incredible... I just don't understand what is the meaning of the fence separating the jacuzzi, supposedly children shouldn't be allowed there, but it is always full of children and their parents elsewhere... this should be more controlled, taking into account the danger of the heat of the water, which affects the hearts of the little ones.

You need to go to the Clubhouse
Not sure if there are areas in the Courts, but as far as the main clubhouse there is no area for BBQ on the property.

Yes is allowed in Cutler Bay, with the exception of some associations, depending on where you reside. Hope this helps
Hi Rudolf I heard its around $66 monthly. Very afordable and they have maintained it stable for a few years already. I believe the master association is once a year and is $100
