The worst condominium where you can live previously I lived there and when I moved they never returned the money from the apartment fund, supposedly they had sold the condominium and the check they sent me according to no name was cashed by someone else they made me come 2 times from where I lived in North Carolina 780 miles for pleasure because supposedly they were going to pay me and they never did, eye ask for a copy of all the documents when you go to rent and ask for a copy of your receipts when you pay the rent every month because they are scammers, not the I could sue for lack of evidence but they are cheeky

This is not a good place to live, and if everyone actually rated this place I’m sure it would have a poor review.. My mother lived there for years, once the place was turned over to the new company the only thing that changed was a new security gate, and new exterior paint. It took several years to get working washer and dryer and after several violations the elevator is still out of service. The inside of most units is covered in mold due to the old leaking pipes that have bust inside the walls, the kitchen appliance is very old they even paint over the refrigerators to bring it back white, so don’t be fooled by the stainless steel when you walk into the rental office.. Your rent will never stay the same every year it’s an increase and they even take away the option for a yearly lease so your forced into a 6 month lease or month to month.. And if you have kids you can forget about them being able to play outside you get fined for that.. I honestly hope they see this and do better by the residents because it’s sad and the residents deserve better...
