There are three book drop boxes near the parking spaces located near the entrance of the library.

You do not pay for the entrance.
If you go ans register as a member of the library you have access to any Miami-dade computer. Once you have your card you can reserve/brook a computer in the reservation station by scaning your card barecode. The system would assign you 1 hour you have option to extend it anytime the timer near to reach the limit.
