I’ve been a customer at BadCock for years and today I went to buy a coffee table set, on the floor model ticketsaid $199.00 I ask the sales person, Sylvia how much with tax , she said it would come up to $213.00 I said ok I’m paying cash, then she goes it’s $267.00, when I ask her why, she said oh it’s because the prize on the tables are the floor samples, I asked her why she didn’t say that in the first place , she just kept going in circles and couldn’t give us a straight answer, my daughter asked her why it didn’t specify the difference of the floor model and the boxed one, Sylvia still could not give us an answer. We than proceed to speak to the manager, Edwin, we guess that Sylvia had spoken to him because we saw him as we were walking towards him, he hide by his desk, and just ignore us. point is, look at the floor ticket price read it and ask questions! This place has changed for the worst.

I am an old customer of this store, a few days ago I returned to buy my room set and the seller Mr. Julio gave me an excellent treatment so much that I felt like family, but I did not like that his manager Eddy treated him badly in front of me , the manager has a lot to improve in customer service since more customers were complaining about his treatment like me, Thanks to Julio for your attention and patience and he continues to be an excellent seller

Great Customer Service. I went to claim a warranty and local manager give us personal support. Everything was solved with this only visit.

If i could rate 0 stars i definitely would. Chair leg broke, couch started to strip not even 5 years old and over all terrible quality. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!

Thank you for asking. We are taking every precaution to keep both our customers and employees safe. We have installed plexiglass at the desks, everyone has been instructed to wear masks and we even installed an air sanitization system that runs through our AC.
